Only 26% of those 18-24 say they're happy, according to a Harris poll, and 55% are frustrated by work. Contrast that with Baby Boomers; 37% report they're happy, and 44% of Americans 65 and older are happy.
I wonder if this is a statement about maturity, that we become more realistic and adaptable as we get older, or if it says something about the expectations of younger workers.
