Balanced?

The blogger Modernmami mused on work-life balance and linked to several good articles on the topic. I wonder about any topic so discussed, debated and dissected, yet with so little progress in our society. But maybe reading these tips or reminders help some.

BTW, I prefer to think of it as life balance, not work-life balance. I need my non-work life in balance too.
